Girlfriends

Oh No she didn't...
Oh yes, she did! She actually made it all the way up and was SITTING on the counter...obviously, I had to put my camera down for her safety :) Wow, amazing what the camera picks up that you can't see. There is nothing on my wall visible like in this picture about the light switch. Crazy...and kinda gross

Annabelle has decided to be my crazy climbing child. She can and is the sweetest little thing, but she does not listen at all. She's a baby, I know. However, she is old enough to somewhat understand the concept of no. She could care less. She is also old enough to figure out how to drag chairs around for stepping stools and also to use toys. Wow. As much as our days have become rather trying, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but home with her. Love love LOVE my brave little girl...
Belle can say so many things now. Some words we understand, some we don't, but Lola does. Example: Mom, she wants you to get us a cookie. The girls are playing better together. They enjoy playing tag, even if Belle is mostly "it". Sisters are awesome!

Lola's Bakery

She picks out her own clothese these days...

I have been trying to bake or cook with Lola atleast once a week since the summer. She's always loved to help, but I've been trying to let her do a lot more. Sometimes it's hard to just "let it go" for me, but we have a great time and it's something that we do just "us" for now. Besides that, everyone should know how to cook...

Let's Go Back!

Last month we went to Nana's so the girls could do some Halloween crafts. They had so much fun. After they finished, we went to Mammaw's for a visit. The girls had such a great time hanging out with Nana, Mammaw and Aunt Vicki while daddy worked on Mammaw's house!

Who Has Enough HAIR for PONY TAILS?!

This girl.

Thanksgiving Program

Lola's school had their Thanksgiving program last week. Lola was so excited to have 5 grandparents there to watch her. She loved showing off her school and her new songs. She did a great job, but there were sooo many people at the program it was hard to get pictures.

Trick or Treating

After an afternoon of trick or treating people that we knew, we took the kids around our neighborhood. Lola and Belle had zero reservations going to people's homes and ringing the door bell. Not sure if that's a good thing or not :) We play outside all the time so I think they just felt pretty comfortable. They got lots of goodies. Annabelle walked the entire time. She insisted on carrying her bucket at all times too. At one point, the bucket spilled so we had to stop and SHE had to put it all back in.

We spent Halloween afternoon visiting our families. First stop was Grandma and Grandpa Howes, then Nana and Pa's, Mammaw and Pappaw's, and Bankie and PawPaws. We were busy trick or treaters! Sadly, I didn't get one picture of Annabelle in her full bee costume. Halloween isn't her favorite holiday ;) Lola was a butterfly the week before Halloween and then she was a Barbie Mermaid on Halloween. Gotta love costumes!

The Great Pumpkin

The girls couldn't wait for the Great Pumpkin to leave them treats while they slept Halloween Eve. They were super excited when they woke up to their goodies!
